Unjust government decision? We help you object and appeal

The government makes decisions daily that can greatly impact your life: benefits, permits, fines, and more. If you disagree with a decision, you have the right to object and appeal. Our administrative law attorneys know the way and help you get justice.

Administrative law governs the relationship between citizens and government. At Arslan Advocaten, we help you challenge government decisions about benefits (unemployment, disability, Social Assistance Act), permits, administrative fines, property tax objections, and more.
